Why does cancel button matter to a buyer?
Cancel is the only control a buyer has after clicking order, and it is narrow. Once units start arriving the option almost always disappears, so the window is minutes on an instant service and hours on a slow one. Ordering against the wrong link is the common case it exists to fix.
Its presence is also a feature signal. Cancel support requires the panel to be able to withdraw an order from its provider, so it tends to appear on panels with direct provider relationships and to be missing at the end of long reseller chains.
How does cancel button show up in a price list?
The catalogue exposes it as a boolean on each row — a cancel field in the API services response — and the order form only shows the button where that flag is true.
Through the API, cancellation is a cancel action taking a comma-separated list of order IDs and returning a per-order result, so a bulk mistake can be undone in one call.
