Why does refund policy matter to a buyer?
The wallet is where money goes and mostly where it stays. Partial and Canceled orders refund automatically to the balance, not to the card or the wallet you funded from, and withdrawal back out is rarely offered. So a refund on a panel you have decided to stop using is, economically, not a refund. The rule that follows is to deposit what an order costs rather than what a bonus tier rewards.
What separates a usable policy from boilerplate is service-level specificity. Named refill terms per service beat a blanket homepage promise, and a policy that states the cancel window, what happens to a Partial order’s undelivered portion, and whether bonus balance is refundable is one the panel has thought about. How does refund policy show up in a price list?
It lives on a terms or refund page rather than in the catalogue, and the catalogue’s cancel and refill booleans are the only parts of it that are machine-readable.
Two clauses are worth finding before depositing: whether promotional or bonus balance is refundable and withdrawable at all, and whether the undelivered portion of a Partial order remains covered by refill. It usually does not, because that portion was refunded rather than delivered.
