Support SLA

Why does support sla matter to a buyer?
The absence is the finding. Across the five largest comparison sites surveyed, none records a ticket-response time for any panel, and support is captured only as a list of channels — ticket, live chat, Telegram (PanelCompare competitor research, 2026-09-06). Several of those directories are themselves reachable only through a single Telegram handle. So a buyer choosing between two panels on “good support” is choosing on the basis of a claim nobody has ever checked.
What the channel mix does tell you is real, though. A genuine support channel with a measurable response time is a positive legitimacy signal and a contact form alone is a negative one, and collapsing support response times are one of the documented behaviours that precede a panel going dark (PanelCompare domain research, 2026-09-06). Support latency is therefore worth tracking as a leading indicator even where no promise was made about it.
How does support sla show up in a price list?
Nothing in a catalogue speaks to it. Where a panel states support hours at all it does so on a contact page, usually as a timezone rather than as a commitment.
The measurable version is a first-response time on a real ticket, recorded with the date and the channel. That requires opening tickets, which is why it is one of the harder data points in this market and one of the more defensible.
Think this definition is wrong?
Terminology in this market is set by the panels that use it, and it moves. If a panel uses support sla to mean something other than what is written here, send us the listing and we will either correct the definition or record the variant. The process is on the about page.
