They don't refill.
Their services with the refill option have been stuck for almost 5 days. I don't recommend using this panel.

Ordered by mean star rating over approved reviews, then by how many. Panels with no approved reviews are not listed: an unrated panel is not a badly rated one.
Newest first, across every panel in the directory. Each one opens in place on its panel’s review page.

The rules, as the code enforces them. What a review needs, what approved means, what the verified-buyer badge adds, what a panel can and cannot do about a review.
Nothing publishes on submission. A review needs a display name, a valid email address, a star rating and at least 80 characters of what actually happened: what was ordered, what arrived, how long it took, whether it dropped. A moderator reads it and marks it approved, rejected or spam. Rejected and spam reviews are never shown anywhere and never counted.
Every approved review counts toward its panel’s star rating: the mean and the count shown beside a panel are over all of its approved reviews, verified or not. A rating is recomputed from the rows the moment a decision changes which reviews count. Nobody types a rating in.
A reviewer can give an order reference — an order ID, a transaction hash or a receipt number — with the review. A moderator checks it before deciding, and only a moderator can set the badge; the form cannot grant it and the reviewer cannot claim it. The reference is never published. A review approved without proof publishes marked unverified and still counts toward the star rating.
Only verified-buyer reviews feed a panel’s trust score, through one component worth up to 20 of its 85 weighted points, and the component is not scored at all until a panel has 3 of them. That is the only route from a review into the rankings, and it is indirect: no review changes a panel’s position on its own.
An owner who has proved control of the panel’s domain can reply on the record. The reply is published beneath the review under the panel’s name, and neither text is edited. No panel can delete, hide or reword a review, and nothing about a review is for sale.
Your email address and network address are stored only as one-way hashes. The email hash is what stops a second review of the same panel from the same person; the address hash rate-limits submissions from one place. Neither is published, shared, or used to send you anything.
The formula those points feed, and every constant in it, is on the methodology page, rendered from the code. What we store about you when you review is on the privacy page.
No. Reviews are written by buyers, not by us, and no panel pays to be reviewed, rated or listed. PanelCompare earns from affiliate links and labelled sponsored placements, both itemised on the disclosure page, and a panel's affiliate or sponsored status sits in columns that the rating, the moderation code and the ranking formula never read.
No. A panel cannot edit, hide or remove a review, and no plan or payment changes that. An owner who has proved control of the domain can reply on the record, and the reply is published beneath the review unedited. If a panel believes a review is fabricated or breaks these rules it can report it through the contact page, and a moderator decides — the same route that is open to anyone.
The reviewer gives an order reference — an order ID, a transaction hash or a receipt number — and a moderator checks it before deciding. Only a moderator can set the verified-buyer badge: the form does not grant it and the reviewer cannot claim it. The reference is never published. Without proof, a review that passes moderation publishes marked unverified.
Every approved review, verified or not: the mean and the count beside a panel are over all of them, and they are recomputed from the review rows whenever a moderation decision changes the set. Rejected and spam reviews are never shown and never counted. The verified-buyer badge does not change the star rating; it decides whether the review also feeds the panel’s trust score, where reviews are worth up to 20 of 85 weighted points.
One review per person per panel. Your email address is stored only as a one-way hash, and that hash is what stops a second review of the same panel from the same address; it is never published and never used to contact you. To change a review you have already published, contact us and a moderator will update it.
