Each rate shows whether it was synced from the panel’s own API or entered by hand, and when it was last seen. A price we cannot re-read gets marked stale rather than quietly kept.
An SMM panel is a storefront that resells social media engagement (followers, likes, views, subscribers), usually sourced from a smaller number of upstream providers. Buyers deposit a balance, pick a service, paste a link, and the panel routes the order to whoever actually fulfils it.
Every price on PanelCompare is a rate per 1,000 units for one specific service on one specific panel, normalised to USD. We map each panel’s own service names onto a shared catalogue of 149 canonical services, so "IG Followers [Real HQ]" on one panel and "Instagram Follower - Premium" on another land in the same row and can be compared directly.
Usually not. The cheapest tier of any service is normally recycled bot accounts with no refill guarantee, so a large share of what you buy disappears within weeks. The price that matters is the price of what survives, which is why we show a refill window and a trust score next to every rate rather than ranking on price alone.
By a published formula, not an editor. Price position counts 30%, trust 30%, features 18%, reliability 14% and support 8%. Trust itself is broken into domain age, uptime, catalogue freshness, verified reviews, independent verification and published policies. Money is not an input at any stage. The formula is in the open source of this site and rendered in full on the methodology page.
Some outbound links carry a referral parameter and are labelled as partner links. Commission never affects position, because position is computed from the formula above and a panel’s commercial relationship with us is not one of its terms. One rule sits above the formula and is not part of it, and it is about who stands behind a listing rather than about money: panels whose owner has proved control of the domain by DNS are listed first, then panels whose operator asked us to list them and was accepted, then everyone else. The second of those is weaker than the first and is not a verification — asking to be listed shows somebody is there to answer for the panel, not that they control the domain. Neither costs anything, both are open to every panel on identical terms, and both are set out on the methodology page. Paid placements exist: a sponsored panel is pinned above position one, labelled Sponsored and unnumbered, and the numbered ranking beneath it is unchanged.
