Coverage is still narrow. Live prices have been read from 1 of 129 panels (2,182 services). The rest are listed because they are real, reachable operators — not because we have seen their rates. Panels with no synced catalogue show no prices rather than an estimate. How the data is gathered.
Telegram is the one platform in this market where the buyers are frequently the same people who run panels, which makes it unusually price-competitive and unusually well supplied. This ranking prices each panel’s Telegram catalogue against the market median for the same Telegram services.
How this ranking is produced: Panels selling at least three of Telegram channel members, group members, post views, story views and comments, ranked by their prices for those services weighted evenly with their overall score. The order is generated by that query at build time — there is no editorial override anywhere in it.
Data captured from 1 panels
Only 1 panel matches this filter, which is too few for a ranking to mean much. The page is kept out of search results until it has more behind it.

A dash means we have not verified that value, which is different from a zero. Price position is a median against the market, so it is not distorted by a panel listing one unusually cheap service.
Members leave visibly. On Instagram or TikTok a dropped follower is invisible to everyone but the account owner; on a Telegram channel the member count is the product, displayed to every visitor, and a count that falls by a third overnight is public. That makes retention — and therefore the refill column — the column that matters most on this page. The second difference is that Telegram post views are close to free across the whole market, so a panel’s view pricing tells you almost nothing; its member pricing tells you everything.
By what happens after delivery, which the price predicts. The cheapest member services are accounts added in bulk that Telegram’s anti-spam systems remove in batches, sometimes within hours. Mid-market services survive longer because the accounts have some history. The distinguishing signal available before you buy is whether the panel commits to a refill window on members specifically, and how long: a panel prepared to replace drops for 30 days has made a bet on its supply that the market’s cheapest sellers have not. There is one check you can run after delivery and before you order again: watch the member count for a week. Bulk-added accounts are removed in batches rather than continuously, so a channel that holds its count for seven days has usually kept it, and a channel that sheds a third of it on day three has told you what the service is. That single observation is worth more than every quality label on the panel’s own listing.
