The Newest SMM Panels in the Index, by Domain Age

Nobody else publishes this ordering, and the reason is that it is the inverse of a recommendation. Domain age is the single hardest signal in this market to fake — a registration date cannot be bought retroactively — which is exactly why the top of this page is the riskiest end of the index rather than the freshest. It is here because knowing which panels are new is worth as much as knowing which are established.

How this ranking is produced: Every panel in the index that is not flagged, ordered by the year its domain was first registered, newest first. We hold a WHOIS registration date for 52 of the 125 panels listed on 11 September 2026; the other 73 sort to the bottom because we cannot date them, not because they are old. The order is generated by that query at build time. There is no editorial override anywhere in it.

A dash means we have not verified that value, which is different from a zero. Price position is a median against the market, so it is not distorted by a panel listing one unusually cheap service.

Why is a new SMM panel riskier than an old one?

Because the commonest fraud in this market has a shape, and the shape needs a young domain. A panel opens, prices below everyone, takes deposits for a few months, stops delivering, and reappears under a new name with a new domain. Nothing about that pattern is possible on a domain registered seven years ago, which is why domain age carries 20 of the 100 points in the trust score and why it is the one input a panel cannot improve by spending money. A new panel is not dishonest — every established panel was new once, and several of the best-scored panels in this index were registered inside the last four years — but it has not yet produced the evidence that would separate it from the panels running that pattern, and a buyer cannot tell the two apart from the storefront.

What is worth checking on a panel nobody has heard of?

Three things, in about ten minutes. The registration date, which is in the table above and which you can confirm yourself in any WHOIS lookup — a panel claiming years of experience on a domain registered in March has told you something important for free. Whether it publishes terms and a refund policy, because a panel unwilling to write down what it owes you has decided not to owe you anything; we hold a verified terms page for 107 of the 125 panels listed and a refund policy for 73. And what the minimum deposit is, because the correct first transaction with any panel is the smallest one it will accept. None of that proves a new panel is safe. It establishes what you would be relying on if you funded it, which is the question that actually matters.

Frequently asked

Which SMM panels are new?
The panels at the top of the table above have the most recently registered domains among those we can date — 52 of the 125 panels listed on 11 September 2026 carry a WHOIS registration date in our index. The remaining 73 appear lower because we have not dated them, which is a gap in our data rather than a claim about their age.
Should I avoid new SMM panels entirely?
No, but fund them differently. A new panel can be perfectly legitimate and is sometimes materially cheaper, because undercutting is how a new panel buys its first customers. The discipline that makes that survivable is the same one this site recommends everywhere and matters more here: deposit the minimum, place one order, confirm it delivered and held for a week, and never hold a balance larger than you would shrug at.
How do you know when a panel launched?
We do not, strictly. What we record is the year the domain was first registered, read from its WHOIS record, which is the closest checkable proxy and is not the same thing — a panel can buy an aged domain, and a long-running panel can move to a new one. Where a panel’s claimed launch year and its registration year disagree, the panel’s own page shows both.
