Contact PanelCompare
One address, and a subject line that decides how fast your message is answered. This page also says what we cannot do, because in this market a lot of people write to a comparison site expecting a panel.

What should you send, and where?
Almost every message we cannot act on is missing the same thing: a specific page and a specific figure. The table below says what each kind of message needs in order to be actionable, and what happens once it arrives.
| Reason | Subject line | Include | What happens |
|---|---|---|---|
| A number on the site is wrong | Correction | The exact page URL, the figure you dispute, the value you believe is correct, and evidence — an API response, or a screenshot with the service ID and a visible timestamp. | Reply within two working days, either a dated correction or an explanation of why the figure stands. |
| You run a panel and want to reply to a complaint | Right of reply | The report URL, your reply text, and proof you control the domain — a DNS TXT record or a file served from the panel’s root are both fine. | Replies are published unedited once domain control is confirmed. |
| You want your panel listed | Listing form | Use the listing form instead. Listing is free and does not affect ranking. | See the list-your-panel page. |
| A monetised link is not marked, or a disclosure looks wrong | Disclosure | The page URL and what you saw. | Fixed publicly with a dated note, like any other correction. |
| API, dataset or licensing question | Data | What you are building and which endpoint or export you are using. Bulk and research use is welcome; the price index is Creative Commons Attribution 4.0. | Reply within five working days. |
| Security vulnerability | Security | Steps to reproduce, the affected URL, and what you could access. Please do not test against other people’s data or degrade the service for other readers. | Acknowledged within two working days. We will not pursue good-faith research reported this way. |
| Press, or a data request for a story | Press | Your outlet, your deadline, and the specific question or cut of the data you need. | Reply within two working days where the deadline allows. |
| Privacy request — access, correction or deletion | Privacy request | Send it from the address you originally used, and say what you want. See the privacy policy for why that address matters. | Reply within 30 days, normally much sooner. |
Response targets are commitments about how quickly we reply, not about the outcome. A reply may be a correction, or an explanation of why the figure stands.
What can we not help with?
PanelCompare is a price index, not a panel. It sells nothing, holds no funds and has no authority over any panel it lists. Saying so up front saves people a week of waiting for an answer that was never available here.
- Refund an order, cancel an order, or recover a wallet balance. We take no payments and hold no funds — the panel does.
- Contact a panel on your behalf, chase its support, or escalate a ticket. We have no commercial leverage over any panel, and having some would compromise the ranking.
- Remove followers, views or likes from an account, whether you bought them or someone else sent them to you. Only the platform can do that.
- Tell you whether a specific purchase will get your account actioned. Nobody can, and any site that says otherwise is guessing on your behalf.
- Change a panel’s score outside the published formula. There is no manual override in the schema, which is the point.
- Give legal advice about buying engagement in your jurisdiction.
If a panel has taken your money
Collect the evidence before the site goes down: order IDs, start counts, remains figures, timestamps, ticket transcripts and transaction references. Check whether your payment rail is reversible — card and some wallet payments have a dispute window, crypto does not. Then send it to us with “Scam report” in the subject. We publish reports against an evidence standard, the panel is notified and may reply on the record, and a documented pattern is what moves a panel to flagged. That is the whole of what a comparison site can honestly offer, and we would rather say so than imply more.
Common questions
How do I contact PanelCompare?
Email [email protected] with a subject line matching your reason — Correction, Right of reply, Disclosure, Data, Security, Press or Privacy request. Putting the right word in the subject is what routes it quickly.
Can PanelCompare help me get a refund from a panel?
No. We take no payments, hold no balances and have no relationship that would let us compel a panel to act. What we can do is publish a documented complaint against an evidence standard, with the panel given a right of reply.
How do I report a scam panel?
Send the panel URL, order IDs, dates, amounts and any screenshots with visible timestamps. A report is published only with dated, specific evidence, and the panel is notified and offered a reply on the record.
Before you write about a figure
Check the capture date on the table. Wholesale rates in this market move weekly, so a price that was right three days ago can be wrong today without anything having gone wrong. The full correction process, including what counts as evidence, is on the about page.
