What about a chargeback?

It is the only reversal mechanism a buyer genuinely controls, and it exists only if you funded with a reversible rail. It is also why panels prefer crypto: an irreversible deposit cannot be clawed back. Expect a panel to close the account on a chargeback, and expect the balance in it to be gone.

A published, specific refund policy — as opposed to boilerplate — is one of the legitimacy signals worth checking before depositing, precisely because so few panels have one.

Think this answer is wrong?

Prices, refill terms and platform policies in this market all move, so an answer that was right in September may not be right in December. Every figure above names its source and the date it was checked; if one of them is stale or wrong, the correction process on the about page has a two-working-day reply target, and corrections are published with a dated note rather than quietly patched.
