Delivery, drops and refills

How do I request a refill on an SMM panel?

Last updated by The PanelCompare editorial team

What does pressing Refill actually do?

It creates a refill request with its own ID, which the panel forwards upstream exactly as it forwarded the original order. You can poll that ID for a status the same way you poll an order. A refill replaces dropped units; it never returns money.

  1. 1.Confirm the row carried refill. The catalogue exposes this as a per-service flag, and a homepage claim is not the same thing as a flag on the row you bought.
  2. 2.Confirm you are inside the window. Windows run 30, 60, 90, 180 or 365 days from the order, or are advertised as “lifetime”.
  3. 3.Confirm the drop against start count plus delivered, not against today’s total.
  4. 4.Press Refill on the order, or call action=refill with the order ID. Some panels batch this across multiple orders at once.
  5. 5.Poll refill_status. Refills queue behind ordinary orders and are slowest exactly when a purge has made everyone claim at once.

Why do refill claims get refused?

  • The row never had refill cover, only the homepage did.
  • The window closed — the commonest refusal, and the reason to note the order date.
  • Overlapping orders on the same link made the start count unusable.
  • The drop is measured against the wrong baseline: today’s total instead of start count plus delivered.
  • The service was delisted upstream, which is why long windows on cheap services are so often unhonoured.

Auto-refill, where the panel re-tops on a schedule without you pressing anything, is materially better for a buyer than a manual button and is a genuine point of difference between panels rather than a marketing adjective.

Think this answer is wrong?

Prices, refill terms and platform policies in this market all move, so an answer that was right in September may not be right in December. Every figure above names its source and the date it was checked; if one of them is stale or wrong, the correction process on the about page has a two-working-day reply target, and corrections are published with a dated note rather than quietly patched.
