Coverage is still narrow. Live prices have been read from 1 of 129 panels (2,182 services). The rest are listed because they are real, reachable operators — not because we have seen their rates. Panels with no synced catalogue show no prices rather than an estimate. How the data is gathered.

Why does refill matter to a buyer?

Refill is the difference between a claim and a term. Non-drop, HQ and HR describe what the seller expects; refill describes what happens when that expectation fails, and gives you a button to press. Every comparison between two listings should start with whether a refill exists before it looks at the adjectives.

It is also the panel’s largest hidden liability, which is why long windows deserve scepticism. A panel advertising a 365-day or lifetime refill is writing an uncapped option against a supply chain it does not control, and honouring refills at scale is structurally rare in this market.

How does refill show up in a price list?

Refill appears as a boolean on the catalogue row — a refill field in the API services response — usually with the window written into the service name as “[Refill 30D]” or similar.

The API exposes it as an action: refill takes an order ID or a comma-separated list and returns a refill ID, and refill_status reports whether it completed. A panel advertising refill with no working refill action has a claim rather than a mechanism.

Think this definition is wrong?

Terminology in this market is set by the panels that use it, and it moves. If a panel uses refill to mean something other than what is written here, send us the listing and we will either correct the definition or record the variant. The process is on the about page.
