HR

Why does hr matter to a buyer?
HR and HQ answer different questions and are routinely confused. HQ is about appearance; HR is about durability. On YouTube views the word carries a second meaning as well — retention as watch percentage, meaning the viewer stayed through a meaningful share of the video, which is what makes a view count toward anything.
Either way it is an assertion with no mechanism behind it. The only version of durability that can be enforced is a refill window, because that is a remedy you can invoke rather than an outcome you can hope for.
How does hr show up in a price list?
HR sits in service names, frequently beside a refill window — “YouTube Views [HR] [Refill 30D]” — and commands a premium over the base row.
When a panel offers HR with no refill, the claim is unbacked by design. A durability adjective paired with an absent remedy is a pricing tell rather than a product description.
Think this definition is wrong?
Terminology in this market is set by the panels that use it, and it moves. If a panel uses hr to mean something other than what is written here, send us the listing and we will either correct the definition or record the variant. The process is on the about page.
