Coverage is still narrow. Live prices have been read from 1 of 129 panels (2,182 services). The rest are listed because they are real, reachable operators — not because we have seen their rates. Panels with no synced catalogue show no prices rather than an estimate. How the data is gathered.

Why does targeted matter to a buyer?

Targeting is where the largest premiums and the largest unverifiable claims sit in the same place. Country can be inferred with reasonable confidence from a provider’s account inventory. Gender and interest usually cannot, because the provider has no reliable attribute to filter on and the buyer has no way to audit the result.

The asymmetry matters because targeted rows carry the fattest margins. Where a buyer cannot comparison-shop or verify, markup runs well above the ordinary 1.8×–3× band — which is exactly the condition that makes fabricated targeting profitable.

How does targeted show up in a price list?

Targeting is encoded in service names as bracketed attributes — “[USA]”, “[Arab]”, “[Female]”, “[Crypto Niche]” — and carries the price rather than any other feature of the row.

A practical test is to compare the same metric across attributes on one panel. A country premium of 10–300× is consistent with real filtering; a niche-targeted premium of 20% on a row otherwise identical to the untargeted one is not filtering anything.

Think this definition is wrong?

Terminology in this market is set by the panels that use it, and it moves. If a panel uses targeted to mean something other than what is written here, send us the listing and we will either correct the definition or record the variant. The process is on the about page.
