Coverage is still narrow. Live prices have been read from 1 of 129 panels (2,182 services). The rest are listed because they are real, reachable operators — not because we have seen their rates. Panels with no synced catalogue show no prices rather than an estimate. How the data is gathered.

Why does refill window matter to a buyer?

A longer window is not straightforwardly better, because it is only worth what the panel is still around to honour. Short windows are commonly honoured; long ones are frequently unhonoured in practice, most often because the panel delists the service or exits before the window closes rather than because it refuses a valid claim.

Reading the window next to its premium is the useful move. Where a window costs little extra, the provider is saying it expects few claims. Where it costs several times the base price, the provider is saying the opposite — and that is more informative than any adjective on the row.

How does refill window show up in a price list?

The window is written into the service name — “[Refill 30D]”, “[R365]”, “[Lifetime Refill]” — and priced as a separate row from the same metric without it.

The clock generally starts at order completion. On a long drip-feed schedule that can consume a meaningful share of a 30-day window before the last unit has even arrived.

Think this definition is wrong?

Terminology in this market is set by the panels that use it, and it moves. If a panel uses refill window to mean something other than what is written here, send us the listing and we will either correct the definition or record the variant. The process is on the about page.
