What do the statuses actually mean?

What should you do about a long Pending?
- 1.Check the row’s advertised start time. Inside the band, nothing is wrong.
- 2.Check whether the link is still public and still resolves — a rejected link often parks as Pending rather than erroring.
- 3.Open a ticket quoting the order ID. Do not place a second order on the same link; overlapping orders void refill claims on both.
- 4.If several unrelated services are pending at once, stop depositing. Clustered stalls across a catalogue usually mean one upstream provider has failed, and that is also the pattern that precedes an exit.
Think this answer is wrong?
Prices, refill terms and platform policies in this market all move, so an answer that was right in September may not be right in December.
