Coverage is still narrow. Live prices have been read from 1 of 129 panels (2,182 services). The rest are listed because they are real, reachable operators — not because we have seen their rates. Panels with no synced catalogue show no prices rather than an estimate. How the data is gathered.

Provider auto-forwarding

Why does provider auto-forwarding matter to a buyer?

This is the machinery that makes the reseller tier possible, and it is where orders silently die. If the upstream rejects a forwarded order, the buyer sees Pending on a panel that has already taken the money and is waiting for a response that will not come.

Panels that connect several providers per service can repoint automatically when one fails, which is the single most useful piece of resilience a reseller panel can have. Panels that connect one provider per service inherit that provider’s every outage — and the buyer cannot tell which kind they are on from the storefront.

How does provider auto-forwarding show up in a price list?

It is invisible to buyers by design. The observable trace is a start time that tracks the upstream’s behaviour, and Partial orders clustering across unrelated services at the same moment — the signature of one provider failing rather than one service.

For an operator it is configured per service in the panel admin, mapping a local service ID to a provider and their service ID, with a markup percentage on top.

Think this definition is wrong?

Terminology in this market is set by the panels that use it, and it moves. If a panel uses provider auto-forwarding to mean something other than what is written here, send us the listing and we will either correct the definition or record the variant. The process is on the about page.
