Coverage is still narrow. Live prices have been read from 1 of 129 panels (2,182 services). The rest are listed because they are real, reachable operators — not because we have seen their rates. Panels with no synced catalogue show no prices rather than an estimate. How the data is gathered.

Why does order status matter to a buyer?

The statuses are standardised across panels because they come from the same handful of scripts, so learning them once is enough. What is not standardised is how long an order may sit in each. Pending means accepted but not yet dispatched to a provider, and an order can legitimately sit there for hours on a slow service while looking identical to an order that will never move.

Some scripts distinguish In progress from Processing and many use them interchangeably, so no meaning should be read into which one appears. The statuses that carry money are Partial and Canceled — the first refunds the shortfall, the second refunds everything, both to the wallet rather than to your payment method.

How does order status show up in a price list?

Status appears in the orders table and in the status action of the API, which returns charge, start_count, status, remains and currency for one order — or an object keyed by order ID for up to 100 orders at once.

Errors do not use HTTP status codes. A failed request returns HTTP 200 with an error object in the body, so any integration has to parse the response rather than trust the response code.

Think this definition is wrong?

Terminology in this market is set by the panels that use it, and it moves. If a panel uses order status to mean something other than what is written here, send us the listing and we will either correct the definition or record the variant. The process is on the about page.
