Why does mass order matter to a buyer?
Mass order is the difference between a panel being usable by a reseller and not. Anyone fulfilling orders taken elsewhere is placing dozens of small orders a day, and doing that through a form is the main reason resellers move to the API.
It also concentrates mistakes. One malformed line can send a large quantity to the wrong link, and because mass order usually submits everything in a single action, the cancel window applies to all of it at once or to none of it.
How does mass order show up in a price list?
It is a separate page rather than a catalogue field, usually a textarea expecting service ID, link and quantity per line, with the panel validating and pricing the batch before you confirm.
The API equivalent is looping the add action, and the multi-order status call — up to 100 order IDs per request — is what makes tracking a mass batch practical afterwards.
