Why does panel script matter to a buyer?
Because the script decides the features, the features tell you about the script and vice versa. A panel advertising subscriptions, drip-feed, child panels, coupons and multi-currency is almost certainly running one of the two dominant hosted platforms. A panel with a bare order form and no API is running something cheaper or homegrown.
For a comparison index this is a scalable shortcut. Fingerprinting the script from URL patterns, asset paths, favicon hashes and headers infers the feature matrix without trusting a word of the panel’s marketing copy — which matters, because feature claims are the least reliable text on any panel homepage.
How does panel script show up in a price list?
The script shows in URL shapes rather than the catalogue: /services, /api/v2, /childpanel, /addfunds and the same admin login path appear across hundreds of unrelated panels.
Feature depth differs between platforms in ways that reach the buyer. Auto-refill management and long refill windows are supported by some scripts and not others, so a panel’s refill options are partly a function of the software it bought.
