Every panel in this index prices per 1,000 in US dollars. A Pakistani rupee buyer pays that plus a conversion nobody quotes on the price list.
Every panel in this index prices in US dollars, so a local-currency deposit is converted somewhere between your account and your balance — by your bank, by the wallet, or by the panel. Only one of those three quotes a rate before you commit. PayPal, the one provider in this set that publishes its conversion charge, states 4.00% for a goods-and-services payment in a different currency and 3.00% for other conversions; a card issuer’s cross-border charge is set by the issuer and is not published centrally. The practical consequence is that a catalogue rate is a floor, not a price. On JazzCash the rupees arrive domestically and the panel credits dollars, so the panel sets the rate. Perfect Money adds a second conversion if the wallet is not already funded in the currency the panel accepts, and neither of those two spreads appears on the price list.
The local phrasing, and why it is not a translation of the English term. It is also the clearest evidence on this site that the geography question here is a payments question — several of these queries name a rail rather than a country.

2Take the deposit flow to the amount screen
A rail listed on a panel's footer is a claim; a checkout that loads with a merchant name on it is the fact. Payment support in this category disappears without notice, so confirm it at the moment you intend to pay rather than when you shortlist.
3Measure the conversion into PKR

4Deposit the minimum, order once, then decide

None of the 134 panels in this index publishes Pakistan — or any other country — as a registered jurisdiction. Rather than infer one from a domain extension, a site language or a payment rail, all of which are trivially misleading here, this page leaves the question unanswered and reports rails, currency and recourse instead. That is also the more useful question: where a storefront is registered does not decide what you receive, and which rails reach you does.
