Buying and ordering
What does “per 1000” mean on an SMM panel?

How do you turn a per-1000 rate into what you pay?
Divide by a thousand and multiply by the quantity. The rate is quoted as a string in the panel’s own currency, and most panels display the computed charge before you confirm. On a drip-feed order the arithmetic changes: quantity is per run, so the total is rate ÷ 1000 × quantity × runs.
When is a per-1000 rate not comparable at all?
When the thing being counted is not a unit you receive. Four categories occupy the per-1000 column while pricing something else entirely, and a naive cheapest-first sort across them is simply wrong.
| Service | What the rate really prices | Observed example |
|---|---|---|
| YouTube watch hours | Per 1,000 order quantity, not per 1,000 hours | $23.50 for a 60-minute video (1,000 hrs) up to $65.55 for a 480-minute video (8,000 hrs) — $23.50 vs $8.19 per 1,000 real hours |
| Live / concurrent viewers | Per slot for a session length | TikTok live viewers $0.80 for 15 minutes against $13–$18 for an hour; Twitch 1h $1.78, 3h $5.28 |
| Discord server boosts | The whole order, with min = max = 1 | Listed $1.00–$25.42 “per 1000”; roughly $0.30–$0.60 per boost-month |
| Reviews | Per review, listed per 1,000 | Trustpilot reviews appear as $2,000–$10,000 per 1,000 because they are $2–$10 each |

Two smaller traps are worth knowing: Instagram story views are sometimes quoted per 100 rather than per 1,000, and Snapchat “100 views on all stories” is sold as a single unit at $3.30–$5.34, which is $33–$53 per 1,000 rather than $3 (PanelCompare domain research, 2026-09-06).
Think this answer is wrong?
Prices, refill terms and platform policies in this market all move, so an answer that was right in September may not be right in December. Every figure above names its source and the date it was checked; if one of them is stale or wrong, the correction process on the about page has a two-working-day reply target, and corrections are published with a dated note rather than quietly patched.
