Reset your password

Give us the address on the account and we will send a link to it. The link is good for 60 minutes and can be used once, because a reset link is a live credential for as long as it exists.

If the address was never confirmed, what arrives is a confirmation link rather than a reset one. We will not mail a credential to an address nobody has proved they can read — signing up with somebody else’s address would otherwise be a way to have us send them one. Sign in if you get there first.
