How do you tell throttling from arithmetic?
Look at absolute reach rather than rate. If impressions per post are roughly where they were and only the percentage moved, the cause is the denominator: you added followers who will never engage. If absolute impressions fell sharply across every post including old ones, that is a distribution change rather than a ratio change.
Reach also falls for many ordinary reasons — posting cadence, format changes, seasonality, a platform ranking update — which is why an unannounced penalty is the first explanation people reach for and rarely the only candidate.
What reduces the signal, short of not doing it?
- Drip-feed rather than instant delivery, so growth is a slope instead of a step.
- Post-level metrics rather than followers, because views and likes do not permanently change the ratio your reach is judged on.
- Quantities proportionate to the account, not to the budget.
- Nothing on a brand-new account, where there is no history for the spike to hide in.
No panel can bind a platform
Any listing promising “ban-free”, “100% safe” or “shadowban-proof” delivery is making a claim it has no ability to keep. Enforcement is decided by the platform, and the panel is on the other side of it.
